Protein Packed Peanut Butter Balls

1 cup of Oats
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2-1 cup coconut
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins
1/2 cup ground flax seed or powdered milk
1 tsp vanilla

Mix it together and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or so, then roll into balls. If it is too moist then add more coconut until it is not too sticky to handle. You can freeze or store in the fridge for snacking during pregnancy; labor and breastfeeding. Enjoy!
