Ginger Tea for Morning Sickness

Sip ginger tea at bedtime or in the morning. A number of studies have shown that ginger can reduce the nausea and vomiting of pregnancy. Even though no side effects or adverse outcomes occurred in the research on ginger tea, it’s a good idea to check with your care provider before using it – or any herbal remedies – during pregnancy.  Ginger acts as a calming agent. When compared to a placebo in clinical tests, participants who consumed ginger noticed significant symptom relief from their morning sickness.
